NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-002724, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2005-AA10, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and CHARLES BOWMAN; ALAFIA COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; TERESITA BOWMAN A/K/A TERESITA C BOWMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 10th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 1, ALAFIA COVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOUROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
