NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-014504 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR5 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-FR5, is the Plaintiff and Judith Blondel, Robert Blondel, John Doe N/K/A Charles Blondel, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
