Trust 2006-he8, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates,series 2006-he8, is the Plaintiff and Luisa F. Alvarado, John Doe F/K/A Ken Parker, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., North Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
