NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-023151 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Nelson Perry, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
