NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-028056 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2005-A11CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-K under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated September 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Erasmo Rodriguez, Cheval West Community Association, Inc, Olga Rodriguez, Suntrust Bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 2nd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
