NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-026261 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2007-A, is the Plaintiff and Cindy Bauer a/k/a Cindy L. Bauer, Jane Doe n/k/a Samantha Wooten, Wachovia Bank, N.A., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 2nd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
