NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 030156 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR3, is the Plaintiff and Anna M. Hickel a/k/a Ana M. Hickel, Hans J. Hickel, Countryway Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation, The Greens at Countryway Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 7th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
