NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-001395 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Anne Marie Jiosne, Brentwood at Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc., Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 n/k/a Nikki Garret, Tenant # 2 n/k/a John Garret, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
