NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29 2010-CA-005928 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 , Plaintiff, and, KIMBERLY GARRIDO, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7TH day of JANUARY 2013, the following described property:
LOT BEGINNING 224.6 FEET OF THE SOUTH WEST CORNER OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH RANGE 19 EAST, RUN THENCE EAST 50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 162.55 FEET; THENCE WEST 50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 162.54 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
