NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-003567 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Esteban R. Echezabal, Vivian Echezabal, Tenant #1 N/K/A Scott Estevez , Tenant #2 Ismael De Los Santos , Charter One, a division of RBS Citizens, N.A., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
