NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 02, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-020692 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC5 is the Plaintiff and EDWARD L. MOORE A/K/A EDWARD L. MOORE, JR.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARIA IZQUIERDO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A RAFAEL VALDIVIA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/21/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
