NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 02, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 08-CA-023911 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QX1, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL E. AKPEWERO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARY KNIGHT; TENANT #2 N/K/A WINSTON CLARK are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/19/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
