F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER A. PANORELLI A/K/A CHRISTOPHER A. PANARELLI; AUDRA PANARELLI; CITIBANK, N.A., A NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION; TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/19/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
