MORALES, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 18th day of March 2013, the following described property:
LOT 19, BLOCK 3, ENCLAVE AT CITRUS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
