NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-020428 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee On Behalf Of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE5, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-HE5, is the Plaintiff and Dena K. Bell, New Century Mortgage Corporation, River Oaks I Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 723, PHASE IV ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 52, AMENDED BY CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 29 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JANUARY 22, 1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3615, PAGES 1906 THROUGH 1997 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3642, PAGE 920, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE APART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
