Shepherd, Louise Shepherd, Nancy Christine Shepherd, Unknown Person in Possession N/K/A John Reid, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 24th day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
