NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-011155 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, is the Plaintiff and Miriam Serrano a/k/a Miriam Serrano Laera, Colonial Lamplighters, Inc. d/b/a GDE Painting Company, Grande Oasis at Carrollwood Condominium Association, Inc., Luke Brothers, Inc., , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 24th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 2010, IN BUILDING 2000, OF THE GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
