Notice is HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-05872 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, County Division, wherein PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JAMES W. CHUPP, deceased, and DOROTHY T. CHUPP, deceased; Heirs and Devisees of the ESTATE OF JAMES W. CHUPP, deceased, and the ESTATE OF DOROTHY T. CHUPP, deceased; CYNTHIA DELLA RUSSO; CHRISTINE CHUPP BEHNER and CATHERINE CHUPP are the Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on December 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The mobile home located on Lot 180, 10325 Shadow Oaks Forest Drive, Riverview, FL 33569, identified as VIN/Serial No.: PH095868BFL, Decal No.: 35216544, Florida Title Number 62035984; which is located in the mobile home park commonly referred to as Kingswood Mobile Home Park, a Co-Op, as well as all other goods, chattels or other personal property located on the lot.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
