NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-015564 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company On Behalf Of Financial Asset Securities Corp., Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-WMC1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-WMC1, is the Plaintiff and Robert T. Berkery, Shirley Berkery, Jane Doe N/K/A Maria Leroy, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
