NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-029274 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Wamu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-PR1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Charles W. Thomas, Carrollwood Reserve Homeowners Association, Inc., State of Florida, SunTrust Bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 19th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
