NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-024065 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association , is the Plaintiff and Alan G. Alfaro, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Jim Alfaro, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 19th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13, AND THE NORTHWESTERLY 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH ½ OF CLOSED ALLEY ON THE NORTH, BLOCK 14, REVISED PLAT OF LOTS 1-14 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 5 AND ALL OF BLOCK 14 OF SWASTIKA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
