NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11-6-12 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-008340 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LUMSDEN POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and JAMES HERGES, KRISTEN HERGES are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 12-28-12, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK E, LUMSDEN POINTE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
