NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11-8-12 and entered in Case No.11-CC-19258 , of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and ARMANDO MONTOYA and ANGELICA MONTOYA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 28 day of December, 2012, at 10:00 a.m./p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, Heather Lakes Unit X, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 0062, Page 0014, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
