NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-030634 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 14th day of December , 2012, at: By electronic sale beginning at 2:00 PM on the prescribed date at the website http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 11829, BUILDING NO. 5, RAINTREE MANOR HOMES CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2963, PAGE 1225; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
