Unit C-110, University Oakwoods II, a Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Page(s) 14, 15, 16 and 17, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4167, Page(s) 1201 through 1276, inclusive, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 31, 2012.
