NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-004421-J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOSE L. CONCHEIRO and MARIA T. CONCHEIRO, as Trustees, or any successors in trust, under the Concheiro Revocable Trust Agreement dated September 30, 2003 and any amendments thereto, and REGIONS BANK are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 4, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 48, Block 6, Brentwood Hills Tract F, Unit 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 15, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
