NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2012 and entered in Case No.12-CC-001059-J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and RHONDA JENNINGS is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at
www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 4, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Stoneleigh, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 8, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
