NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-004585 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP , Plaintiff, and, MATTHEW BARNES, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of January, 2013 the following described property:
THE EAST 31 FEET OF THE SOUTH 147 FEET OF THE NORTH 175 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 3; AND THE WEST 49 FEET OF THE SOUTH 147 FEET OF THE NORTH 175 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 3; F.L. WING`S HANNA FIELD SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 28 FEET OF LOT 7 AND THE NORTH 28 FEET OF THE WEST 49 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 3, F.L. WING`S HANNA FIELD SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
