YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed for the purpose of foreclosing any interest that you have in real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is located in HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, to wit;
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 2810, BUILDING 6, SOMERSET PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15971, AT PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 101 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Also known as: 2810 AMERICANA CIRCLE UNIT #2810, TAMPA, FL 33613.
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., whose address is DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., 126 Government Street (36602) Post Office Box 870, Mobile, AL 36601, on or before 30 days January 2, 2013 from first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
