BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO bac home loans servicing, lp fka countrywide home loans servicing lp (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and edgar a. lopez roman; margie a. soto berrios; venetian place condominium association, inc.; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc., as nominee for countrywide bank, n.a; jane doe in possession of the subject property n/k/a carmen gonzalez, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 1625, venetian place, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, recorded on july 17, 2006 in official records book 8755, page 1712, public records of orange county, florida and all amendments and supplements thereto, along with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
