THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-25 is Plaintiff and ROLBERT HENRY DAVIS A/K/A HENRY DAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROLBERT HENRY DAVIS A/K/A HENRY DAVIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK B, PINE RIDGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
