NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-013071-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company, is Plaintiff, and Irina Kralenko, Serenata Condominium Association, Inc., et al., are Defendants. The Office of Lydia Gardner, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed on the 25 day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 102, BUILDING 10, OF SERENATA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8176, AT PAGE 1877, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
