BERGER; SUNTRUST BANK; PLANTATION PARK PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LITTLE LAKE BRYAN PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/25/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
