Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Judgment on the Pleadings as to Reformation entered in this cause on September 25, 2012, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida including all its existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements, and fixtures; all easements, rights of way and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourse, and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, profits, leases and rents relating to the real property, located in Orange County, Florida, and described in Exhibit “A”, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on October 29, 2012.
