Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a consent final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 18, Stoneybrook Unit VII, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, pages 122 through 127, inclusive, public records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of October, 2012 on the Orange County public auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, Notice of such sale shall be published as provided by statute. That any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
