SIERRA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; SOLAIRE AT THE PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PLAZA LAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/30/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
