Final Judgement was entered on September 24, 2012 in Civil Case No.:36-2008-CA-010169, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and, DENNIS R SUTHERLAND; CAROLE J SUTHERLAND; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 am on October 25, 2012, Beginning 9:00 AM at ww.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
The north half (1/2) of lot Ballantine's Briarcliff Ranchettes more particularly described as the north one-half (N1/2/) of the north one-half (N1/2) of the northeast quarter (NE1/4) of the southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the southeast quarter (SE1/4) section 31 township 45 south range 25 east Lee County Florida less and except the westerly thirty (30') feet thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
