NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 25, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-007299 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, that I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 25 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block B of Villa Capri at Pelican Preserve Tract “T” according to the plat thereof recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000126026, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
