Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 25 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-002171 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and BERNADETTE ANTONOWICZ and JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION n/k/a VALERIE SOWINSKI are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 113, Building 4, THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with the exclusive use of Parking Space No. E-2, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recordeed in O.R. Book 1411, Pages 1262 through 1332, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
