NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-051267, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3 is Plaintiff and ANTHONY C. MARIANO; KATHLEEN MARIANO A/K/A
KATHLEEN O'CONNELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CLIPPER BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at by electronic sale at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 306, CLIPPER BAY, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1543, PAGE 2188, LAST AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2926, PAGE 2323, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
