BOOK 1703, PAGES 1580 THROUGH 1694, INCLUSIVE, AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2066, PAGE 1150, ET. SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
