NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-050618 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 24 day of October, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 506, building 5, phase 1, somerville at sandoval section ii, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in official records instrument 2006000170086, of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said declaration of condominium.
