NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-053483 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and CARLOS D. OLAVE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 66 AND 67, BLOCK 121, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 12, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 326, PAGE 201, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
