NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed January 29, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-062697 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO “LASALLE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2007-OC1 TRUST is Plaintiff, and JORGE L. RIVERA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 26 and 27, Block 2181, Unit 33, CAPE CORAL, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 40 through 61, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
