Notice is given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 24 day of September, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-52094, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which RELIANCE BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 25 day of October, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 5, Block 4148, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, Unit 59, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 140 through 153, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with a portion of Lot 4 of said Block 4148, more particularly described as follows:

Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 4148, CAPE CORAL UNIT 59, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 140 through 153, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Thence N 00Ëš34'51” E along the Westerly line of said Lot 5 for 50.63 feet; Thence S 55Ëš22'31” E for 150.85 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 5; Thence N 74Ëš16'50” W along the Northerly line of said Lot 5 for 129.49 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
