NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-053679, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QS13 is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY J. BURLESON, GWEN E. CHRIST, SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GWEN E. CHRIST, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY J. BURLESON, TENANT #1, TENANT #2 and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHEATHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS IN POSSESSION of THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
