NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 31 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-54725, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2005-C, TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-C is the Plaintiff and DEORANNIE HARRYPERSAUD A/K/A DEORANNIE HARRY PERSAUD, RAMPERSAUD S. HARRYPERSAUD A/K/A RAMPERSAUD S. HARRY PERSAUD and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
