NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-052116 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and The Forest Condominium Inc., No. 1; Thomas Toenges; and Susanne Toenges, a/k/a Susan Toenges, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 24, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
A parcel of land located in the County of Lee, State of Florida, and known as: Being Lot Number 1 and Lot Number 2, Block 3271, in Unit 66, Cape Coral Subdivision, as shown in the recorded plat/map thereof in Book 22, Pages 2-26 of Lee County Records.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
