NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-052772 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and SCOTT BENNETT; KELLY BENNETT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 2, BLOCK 11, EDISON PARK, AS PER PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCEPT THAT PART OF SAID LOT DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
