NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs signed on August 3, 2012, and Order Awarding Plaintiff Supplemental Assessments, Interest, Late Fees, Attorney's Fees and Costs filed on September 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CC-007140, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. TOWNHOMES I AT BELLA TERRA ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LESTER BOWEN, JR; CHERYL BOWEN; LINDA A. DEJESUS; HEARTWOOD 35, LCC; CATALINA TAX CO, LLC; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANTS are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE at: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, beginning at 9:00 a.m., on the 25 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Block C, Bella Terra Unit Three, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 58, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; a/k/a 13605 Lesina Court, Estero, FL 33928; Parcel ID# 29-46-26-05-0000C.0180.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
